ClawStop Return Policy

At ClawStop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help you through our return process under the following terms:


1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you received your order.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in its original condition and undamaged

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Include a proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used personal care or beauty products.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Opened tools or accessories used for personal care


4. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at contact@clawstop.shop

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if necessary)

  3. We will respond within 2–4 business days with instructions

  4. If approved, we’ll provide the return address and shipping steps


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the return shipping fees


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Any original shipping fees (if applicable) will be deducted


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to get another item, please return the original order and place a new one.
